Nanyang Hanye Special steel co., ltd is a mill with the advanced level equipment and
the mature craft technology. The iron making system has equipped with one 265㎡ sinter machine, two 90㎡ sinter machine, one palletizing factory with an annual production 1.5 million, three 450 ㎡iron-smelting blast furnaces, one 1500 ㎡iron-smelting blast furnaces. The steel making system has equipped with one 80mt top-bottom blowing converter, two 120mt top-bottom blowing converters, two KR desulphurization stations, two 120mt LF finery stations, two 120mt VD vacuum finery stations and other advanced devices, simultaneously equipped with one 60000m3 dry coverter gasometer to make
the converter coal gas fully Recycling use; three conticasters are all adopted level control automatically, and the other advanced technologies like EMS,ASTC. One mold producing line can meet the need of heavy cast ingot and steel plate (<=45mt) for all clients. Rolling system is equipped with one 3500mm four-roller roughing mill,one 3800mm four-roller finishing mill with 1.2m opening area(Provides heavy stand rolling machine),and one 3350mm four-roller heavy plate mill, two sets ACC for quick-cooling ,two sets of eleven-roller strong force straightener, two sets cooling bank for extra-heavy steel plate, two hydraulic pressure of jointing guillotine with double cut device and rolling scale shear.To guarantee straight for the extra-heavy steel plate, the mill also equipped 8000t hydraulic pressure nipping machine for the condition of producing special、extra-width、extra-heavy steel plate. To meet the need of producing high、perfect, leading steel product, the rolling line is also equipped with fully heat treated advice: roller hearth normalizing furnace, modulation wire, eight outer mechanize furnace and three
car bottom heat treated furnace. These machine can rolling the product with the thickness 6-400mm, width 500-3600mm, length 3000-42000mm and can reach the max piece weight45t; with an annual heat treated production of 0.5million mt for the thickness 6-400mm, width 900-3600mm, length 3000-18000mm and can reach the max piece weight45t; with an annual production of 3 million mt for special extra-thick, extra heavy steel plates.
